PCR Print produces outdoor PVC banners of any standard width up to 10ft from our Lisburn press, with welded hems and eyelets included as standard. Our 440gsm material is UV-resistant and designed to hold its colour in Northern Ireland's outdoor conditions.
Standard widths from 2ft to 10ft in 1ft steps, with a 2ft height (600mm). Hems are welded (heat-sealed, not sewn) and eyelets are placed at regular intervals for cable tie, bungee cord, or rope fixing. Preparing your 6ft x 2ft Banner artwork
Full artwork guide- Supply artwork as a PDF, JPG, or high-resolution PNG in CMYK colour mode.
- Include 20mm bleed on all sides for PVC banners — the hem area covers this margin.
- Minimum resolution: 80–100 DPI at actual print size. Aim for 150 DPI where possible.
- Keep all text and logos well inside the hem area — at least 50mm from the finished edge on large outdoor banners.
- Check that your design reads clearly from a distance — text that looks fine at close range may be illegible from 10 metres.
- Avoid thin fonts and fine detail at outdoor banner scale; use bold, high-contrast typography.
Turnaround & delivery
PVC banners are typically produced in 2–3 working days from artwork approval. Collect from our Lisburn Enterprise Centre or choose courier delivery to any NI postcode.

Yes — our PVC banners use 440gsm outdoor-grade material with UV-resistant inks. They are suitable for temporary outdoor events and seasonal signage. For permanent long-term outdoor installation, a more durable substrate such as aluminium composite would be more appropriate.
Yes — eyelets are included as standard on all PVC banners at no extra charge. They are spaced at regular intervals along all hemmed edges for cable tie, bungee cord, or rope attachment.
We produce PVC banners in standard widths from 2ft × 2ft up to 10ft × 2ft in 1ft steps. For non-standard sizes, contact us and we will confirm what is possible.
Thread cable ties, bungee cords, or rope through the eyelets and attach to fencing, scaffolding poles, gates, or banner frames. For large banners in exposed conditions, use bungee cord rather than rigid ties to allow the banner to flex in wind.
