Wedding Stationery Printing in Lisburn & Belfast
Wedding stationery creates a visual thread through your entire celebration — from the first invitation your guests receive to the order of service in their hands on the day and the favour tags on the tables. PCR Print works with couples across Northern Ireland to produce wedding stationery that matches the style and feel of the day, printed to the quality standard the occasion deserves.
Whether you have a fully designed set ready to print or need guidance on paper stock, finish, and sizing, our team is here to help. We offer a free artwork check on every wedding stationery order and can advise on paper weights and finishes from our range of samples.

Wedding Printing buying guide
Wedding printing from a Lisburn press
Couples across Lisburn, Belfast and the rest of Northern Ireland use PCR Print for invitation suites and on-the-day stationery. We print on heavy card with silk, gloss or uncoated finishes, keep naming and date checks in the artwork review, and can produce matching invitations, RSVP cards, order-of-service booklets, menus, place cards and table plans so the stationery feels like one set rather than a mix of suppliers.
Who this printing is for
Invitations: Save-the-dates, formal invitations, RSVP cards, and information inserts for wedding guests. On-the-day stationery: Order-of-service booklets, ceremony programmes, and church or venue signage. Table stationery: Place cards, table numbers, seating charts, menus, and favour tags for the wedding breakfast. Thank you cards: Post-wedding thank you cards for guests, to be sent within a month of the wedding day.
Artwork that prints cleanly
Supply all artwork files at the final print size with 3mm bleed in CMYK colour mode. Resolution: 300 DPI minimum at print size for all images, backgrounds, and flourish elements. For foil or embossed effects: note that we produce digital print only — foil and embossing are not available on our standard press. Check all names, dates, and addresses carefully — printed errors in wedding stationery are costly and distressing. For text-heavy items (order of service), supply a PDF with all fonts embedded or text converted to outlines. If your stationery has a custom die-cut shape or unusual size, contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility.
