Welcome to PCR Print. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website pcrprint.co.uk and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PCR Print ("we", "our", or "us") operates from Units 6-8 Lisburn Enterprise Centre, 6 Enterprise Crescent, Lisburn, BT28 2BP, United Kingdom.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

By placing an order, creating an account, or using our website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• All information you provide is accurate and current
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Product Availability:

• All products are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance only
• We may make changes to products or services without prior notice

Pricing:

• All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation
• Additional charges may apply for rush orders, special finishes, or custom requirements

Order Process:

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item or price
• An order is only confirmed when payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email
• You will receive an order number which should be used in all communications

Payment Methods:

• We accept payment by credit/debit card via Stripe
• Payment on account (credit terms) may be available to approved business customers
• All payments must be made in British Pounds (£)
• Payment is required before production begins (unless credit terms are approved)

Credit Accounts:

• Credit accounts are subject to approval and credit limit assessment
• Payment terms will be agreed upon account approval (typically Net 30 days)
• We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities at any time
• Late payment may result in additional charges and suspension of credit

Artwork Requirements:

• You are responsible for providing artwork in the correct format and quality
• Artwork should be provided in CMYK color mode (not RGB)
• Files should be high resolution (minimum 300 DPI at final print size)
• Bleed areas (3mm) should be included where appropriate
• Acceptable file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG, EPS

Our Responsibilities:

• We will print your files as provided
• We are not responsible for errors in artwork provided by you
• We may request revised artwork if files do not meet our specifications
• Proofs may be provided for complex orders (additional charges may apply)

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure artwork is proofread and correct before submission
• Ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions to use the artwork
• Comply with copyright and intellectual property laws
• Provide accurate and complete specifications for your order

Delivery Times:

• Standard despatch is 2-3 working days from order confirmation
• Rush orders may be available with Next-Day Service on selected products (additional charges apply)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays
• Production begins after payment confirmation and artwork approval

Shipping:

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
• We ship within the UK and Ireland
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Delivery Address:

• Ensure delivery addresses are correct at time of order
• Changes to delivery address may delay your order
• We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses provided by you

Cancellation Rights:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (if production has not started)
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 14 days

Returns and Refunds:

• Custom printed products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless defective
• If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund at no cost
• Returns due to customer error (wrong artwork, incorrect specifications) are not accepted
• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery
• We reserve the right to request return of defective items before issuing refunds or reprints

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Your Content:

• You retain all rights to artwork and content you submit
• You grant us a license to use your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order
• You warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and reproduce the artwork
• You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of copyrighted material

Our Content:

• All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is our property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission
• Our trademarks and brand names may not be used without authorization

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for losses arising from delays beyond our control
• We are not liable for errors in artwork provided by you
• We are not liable for third-party actions (shipping carriers, payment processors)

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Creation:

• You may create an account to place orders and manage your information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination:

• You may close your account at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Account closure does not affect your obligations for existing orders

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
• Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial action
• Internet or communication failures
• Shortages of materials or supplies
• Pandemics or public health emergencies

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland and the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users where possible.
