Artwork that prints cleanly
Supply portrait photographs at the highest available resolution — modern smartphone photos are usually sufficient for A5 or A6 print. Include 3mm bleed on all sides. Use CMYK colour mode. Check all names, dates, and verse text carefully before approving — printed errors in funeral materials are distressing and cannot be corrected after printing. If supplying a black-and-white photograph, ensure it is converted to greyscale CMYK (not left as RGB). If you need us to typeset the content, supply all text in writing — we will not guess at spelling of names or verse wording. Save your final file as a PDF with embedded fonts, or supply as a high-resolution JPG at 300 DPI.
