Choose from matt lamination for a flat, fingerprint-resistant contemporary finish; gloss for vivid colour and photographic impact; or soft-touch velvet for the tactile luxury finish that prompts a second look. All finishes are available on standard 85 × 55mm cards, and on square and slim formats for brands that want to stand out in a cardholder.

Preparing your Premium Business Cards artwork
Full artwork guide- Standard UK card size: 85 × 55mm finished. Artwork file must be 91 × 61mm (3mm bleed on all sides).
- Colour mode: CMYK only. Pantone or spot colours are not available on digital press — convert to the nearest CMYK equivalent.
- For black body text and fine lines, use 100% K (C0 M0 Y0 K100) — not rich black — to ensure sharp reproduction.
- Keep all text, logos, and key content at least 3mm inside the trim edge.
- For double-sided cards: supply a two-page PDF or two separate files labelled Front and Back.
- Avoid fonts below 6pt — at this size, fine characters may not reproduce cleanly on press.
Turnaround & delivery
Business cards are typically produced in 2–3 working days from artwork approval, with next day delivery available on selected premium business cards. Collect from our Lisburn press or choose courier delivery across Northern Ireland.

Matt is the most popular contemporary choice — it handles fingerprints well, photographs cleanly, and works across all industries. Gloss suits bold, colourful, or photographic designs. Soft-touch velvet is the premium option for brands where the physical feel of the card is part of the statement.
Yes — each design variation is a separate order line. There is no setup fee charged per variation. For large team stationery orders, contact us and we can advise on the most efficient approach.
For text and fine details, use 100% K (pure black: C0 M0 Y0 K100). This prints sharper at small sizes because it only requires a single ink pass. Reserve rich black (e.g. C40 M30 Y30 K100) for large solid background areas only.
