Artwork that prints cleanly
Supply 12 images (one per month) plus a cover image at 300 DPI in CMYK colour mode. For A4 desk calendars, each image panel should be supplied at A4 size with 3mm bleed. Ensure month grid text is clearly legible against the background image — dark overlays or contrast areas help. Supply artwork as a multi-page PDF with pages in sequence (cover, months 1–12, back cover). Include your logo, contact details, and website on the calendar header or footer for maximum brand exposure. Vertical (portrait) formats work for wall calendars; landscape formats work for desk calendars.
Turnaround and delivery
Calendar production takes 5–7 working days from artwork approval due to the binding process. For year-end corporate gifts, order by November to allow time for distribution. Collection from our Lisburn press is free. Courier delivery covers Belfast and every Northern Ireland postcode, and orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.
