Preparing your A4 Leaflet & Flyer Printing artwork
Full artwork guide- Supply artwork as a PDF (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 preferred) or high-resolution JPG/PNG at 300 DPI minimum.
- Colour mode must be CMYK — RGB files will produce colour shifts when printed.
- Include 3mm bleed on all sides: extend background colours and images beyond the trim edge.
- Keep all text, logos, and key content at least 3mm inside the final trim edge (the safe area).
- Set image resolution to 300 DPI at the final print size — never scale up from a smaller file.
- Embed fonts or convert all text to outlines before exporting to avoid font substitution.
Turnaround & delivery
Standard flyer turnaround is 2–3 working days from artwork approval, with next day delivery available on selected flyer and leaflet products. Collect from our Lisburn Enterprise Centre or choose courier delivery to any Northern Ireland postcode.

We print from 25 copies on all flyer products — ideal for small events, test runs, and targeted campaigns where over-ordering would waste stock and budget.
Gloss has a shiny surface that makes colours pop and photographs look vivid — ideal for bold, visual designs. Silk (satin) has a softer, less reflective surface that suits text-heavy designs and professional service marketing where glare from lighting would be a problem.
PDF is preferred — ideally PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 with fonts embedded. We also accept high-resolution JPG and PNG files at 300 DPI in CMYK mode. Avoid sending low-resolution or RGB files.
Yes — each quantity is a separate order. There are no setup fees, so ordering in smaller batches is not penalised beyond the higher per-unit cost at low quantities.
Yes — you can request a free printed sample pack from PCR Print that includes examples of our paper stocks and finishes. It is the best way to compare 130gsm and 170gsm, or gloss and silk, before committing to an order.
