Preparing your A5 Leaflet & Flyer Printing artwork
Full artwork guide- A5 finished size: 210 × 148mm. Include 3mm bleed — total file size: 216 × 154mm.
- Keep all text and important content at least 3mm inside the trim edge.
- Colour mode must be CMYK — RGB artwork will shift on press.
- Resolution: 300 DPI at final size. Do not scale up smaller images.
- Save as PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 with embedded fonts.
- For double-sided: supply two pages in one PDF or two separate files labelled Front and Back.
Turnaround & delivery

A5 strikes the ideal balance between visual impact and practical size. It is large enough to include a headline, image, offer, and contact details, but small enough to hand out, pocket, and rack-display without waste.
130gsm is a standard promotional weight — cost-effective for high-volume campaigns. 170gsm is noticeably heavier and feels more premium in the hand, which is why we recommend it for restaurant menus, professional service flyers, and anything that will be handled repeatedly.

Gloss has a shiny, reflective surface that makes colours vibrant and photos pop. Silk (satin) has a smooth, matte-like finish with subtle sheen — better for text-heavy designs where glare from overhead lighting would be a problem.
PDF is preferred (ideally PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 with fonts embedded). High-resolution JPG at 300 DPI in CMYK mode is also accepted. Avoid sending RGB or screen-resolution files.
