Preparing your Folded Memorial Cards artwork
Full artwork guide- Supply portrait photographs at the highest available resolution — modern smartphone photos are usually sufficient for A5 or A6 print.
- Include 3mm bleed on all sides. Use CMYK colour mode.
- Check all names, dates, and verse text carefully before approving — printed errors in funeral materials are distressing and cannot be corrected after printing.
- If supplying a black-and-white photograph, ensure it is converted to greyscale CMYK (not left as RGB).
- If you need us to typeset the content, supply all text in writing — we will not guess at spelling of names or verse wording.
- Save your final file as a PDF with embedded fonts, or supply as a high-resolution JPG at 300 DPI.

Memorial cards are typically A6 (148 × 105mm) or DL (210 × 99mm). Order-of-service booklets are usually A5 (210 × 148mm folded) or A4 (297 × 210mm folded). Larger formats are also available.
Yes — we work with funeral directors and families across Northern Ireland. We can despatch via courier or customers can collect from our Lisburn premises at Lisburn Enterprise Centre.
