Gift vouchers are typically DL (210 × 99mm) or credit-card size (85 × 55mm). Include 3mm bleed on all sides. Include a clear value area, terms and conditions (in small print), and expiry date if applicable. For numbered vouchers, supply a standard design — numbering is added during print. Use 350gsm card stock for rigidity and a premium feel — thinner stock undermines the perceived value of the voucher. Include your brand name, logo, address, and contact details clearly on the voucher. If laminating, consider that writing on a laminated surface requires a permanent marker — allow for this in the design if staff need to fill in voucher details by hand.
