Preparing your A6 Invitations artwork
Full artwork guide- Supply artwork at the final print size with 3mm bleed on all sides.
- Use CMYK colour mode at 300 DPI resolution.
- For premium finishes (soft-touch laminate, spot gloss), note that these require specific setup — contact us before ordering.
- Keep all important text and design elements at least 3mm inside the trim edge.
- If ordering envelopes separately, verify that your chosen card size fits the envelope before printing.
- Double-sided invitations: supply two pages in one PDF labelled Front and Back.
Turnaround & delivery
Standard turnaround for invitations is 3–5 working days from artwork approval. For events with fixed dates, allow adequate lead time for postage and distribution.

We print from 10 copies on most invitation products, making short runs for intimate events practical.
We print invitations only — matching envelopes are available from stationery suppliers. For popular formats such as A6 and DL invitations, standard envelopes are widely available from office supply retailers.
Yes — our design team can create invitation artwork for an additional fee. Please supply all details (event name, date, time, venue, RSVP information) in writing.
Invitations are typically produced on 350gsm card stock with a choice of matt or gloss laminate finish. Soft-touch laminate is also available on selected products — contact us for details.
