About Standard Rollup Banner from PCR Print
A roller banner is the exhibition and retail display standard for good reason: it sets up in under a minute, folds back into its base for compact transport, and creates a professional freestanding display that works equally well in a reception, at a trade stand, or beside a conference lectern. PCR Print produces roller banners from our Lisburn press with the aluminium stand and carry bag included as standard.
Our standard 850mm wide rollup is the most popular indoor display size — visible from across a room without overwhelming the space. Wide (1500mm) and deluxe (premium mechanism) options are also available. All panels are printed on durable, UV-resistant material that maintains colour and sharpness through repeated setup and pack-down.

Preparing your Standard Rollup Banner artwork
Full artwork guide- Standard roller banner artwork size: 850mm wide × 2000mm tall. Include 3mm bleed on all sides.
- Resolution: 150 DPI at actual print size is sufficient for roller banners.
- Supply artwork as a PDF or high-resolution JPG in CMYK colour mode.
- Position the most important content in the upper two-thirds of the banner — the base unit and floor position reduce the visual impact of the bottom section.
- Avoid very small text — roller banners are read from across a room; body text below 18pt may be hard to read at distance.
- Include your logo and contact details near the top of the panel for maximum visibility.
Turnaround & delivery
Roller banners are typically produced in 2–3 working days from artwork approval, with next day delivery available on selected roller banner products. Each unit is supplied with the stand and carry bag. Courier delivery is available to all NI postcodes.

All roller banners include the printed graphic panel, the aluminium base with retractable cassette mechanism, a top bar or adjustable pole, and a carry bag. Nothing additional is needed.
With normal use (trade shows, exhibitions, reception displays), a roller banner will last for several years. The mechanism is designed for repeated setup and pack-down. Avoid leaving banners erected in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can affect the material over time.

150 DPI at actual print size (850mm × 2000mm) is the required minimum for roller banners. This is lower than flat print because roller banners are typically viewed from a greater distance than a flyer or poster.
