Preparing your NCR Forms artwork
Full artwork guide- Supply letterhead artwork at A4 (297 × 210mm) with 3mm bleed. Header content typically sits in the top 40–50mm of the page.
- Leave sufficient clear space in the body area for typed or handwritten content — the letterhead is a framework, not a full-page design.
- For NCR forms, supply separate artwork for each copy if the content differs between them (e.g. White top copy, Yellow duplicate).
- Specify brand colours in CMYK and verify print colour on a test sheet before ordering a large stationery run.
- Notepads and compliment slips should include all contact details (phone, email, address) for the recipient's convenience.
