Supply letterhead artwork at A4 (297 × 210mm) with 3mm bleed. Header content typically sits in the top 40–50mm of the page. Leave sufficient clear space in the body area for typed or handwritten content — the letterhead is a framework, not a full-page design. For NCR forms, supply separate artwork for each copy if the content differs between them (e.g. White top copy, Yellow duplicate). Specify brand colours in CMYK and verify print colour on a test sheet before ordering a large stationery run. Notepads and compliment slips should include all contact details (phone, email, address) for the recipient's convenience. Ensure all fonts are embedded or converted to outlines before exporting your PDF.
